David Sinclair, ACA, B.ECON

Charted Accountant with over 25 years experience in the professional Accounting Industry. David has provided advice to a wide range of businesses. For the past the past 11 years has specialised in providing business and financial advice to the Aged Care Industry.


Douglas Hart

Retired public servant after 38 years service, mainly in a managerial capacity. Life long member of Kariong Progress Association, president since 1998. Board member of Gosford Masonic Centre for the past 4 years. Current Board member of Gosford RSL Leisure Living since 1995.


Dallas Mulhall

Twenty one years Military Service. Qualified with diploma in Welfare and Administration. Legatee since 1985 and CEO Brisbane Water (NSW) Legacy 1987-99. Director/ Treasurer Vietnam Veterans Keith Payne Hostel since 1989. Chairman/ Director Central coast Community Care Inc. Since 2001.

Kenneth Barnett

Retired from Royal Australian Navy in 1974 as a commander after 31 years of service. A seaman Officer and Fleet Air Arm Pilot. Active service in the occupation of Japan, the Korean War and Malaysia. On retiring from Navy, worked in the travel industry based in London as an Estate Agent and Valuer before returning to Australia in 1989 to continue Real Estate.
A committee member of Gosford RSL Sub Branch, Board Member of Brisbane Water Legacy (NSW), Keith Payne VC Hostel and President of HMAS Warramunga Veterans Association, State president of the British Commonwealth occupation force Veterans association and National Chairman. Serving a number of committees in veteran’s affairs.


Patrick McHugh

Aged 62 . A solicitor practising in Gosford since 1972 and an accredited business law specialist. 5 adult daughters and 4 grandchildren so far. Partner Pamela engaged in Aged and Palliative care for many years and informs my views. Enjoys rowing, running, bushwalking and the arts.


Malcolm Angus

Born in Kenya, educated in Fiji, Scotland and Australia. BA Comm UTS.  Worked in Executive positions in Qantas, Star City Casino and Aged Care.  Small Business Advisor for the NSW State Government.
