Company Overview

Gosford RSL Leisure Living Limited (GRSLLL) was established in 1987and is registered under the Companies Act as a not for profit company limited by guarantee.

The  organisation’s  Memorandum of Association states that the object of the company is …”to convey all the business of retirement villages, Leisure Living villages, Rest Homes, Convalescent Homes, Hostels or any other businesses of a like or similar nature…”

The company’s governance is carried out by a Board of Directors which appoints a Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
